To provide transparency regarding withdrawal, cancellation or refusal of goods, we provide the following guidelines.
Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within the period provided by law. Applicable exclusions concern personalised products or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.
How to Return Goods
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send an explicit statement. Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and with all accessories.
